Intake questions
Bout ready to do intake! Got some questions?
firstly, here is what i wanna do (keep in mind i will hopefully be dropping a 408 in next summer, and then add some nitrous)
fast 90 mm intake manifold
fast 90 mm TB
smooth bellows
lid (probably slp)
BG ram air
FTRA
Questions:
can i do FTRA and BGRA?
Will a MAF (85mm) be a benifit?
IS there anything i am leaving out?
Estimates on HP Gain on stock block (not ready for 408 for 12 months or so)?

I wouldn't do the MAF. the stock one is just fine for up to 500 ponies. I'd say your looking at a gain of about 23-28 hp. wish I could do that, sounds like quite a setup. I love the billet TB also. Good luck with those intake bolts on the 7 and 8 cylinders!

Probably won't gain much of anything with a 90/90 on a stock engine. And you can't do the BGRA and FTRA, they're both intended to seal the opposite end to create a "ram air" effect. Having both would be worthless. Go BGRA. Keep the stock MAF, maybe upgrade to a Z06 MAF since you will be using a 90mm TB. If you upgrade the MAF make sure to get tuned for it.
