Default LS1 Website?

Hey everyone, I like to design websites in my spare time and I was wondering how many people would be interested in an idea like this. I was thinking about creating a website where only LS1 cars could sign up for and post pics and their mods something like car domain and could edit them and make journal entries. And people could vote on the cars 1-10 etc. Nothing big and wide spread like car domain just a nice little website with LS1's so people can research what certain mods will look like easier...

Let me know..

Thanks,
Chris

Wouldn't you then need a message forum? Your users are gonna want to talk to each other. I've seen another site doing something similar. It provides space for engine mods, dyno info, etc.

I don't really know about a forum, I mean it wouldn't really get used everyone either uses ls1.com or ls1tech. I would do a private messaging system for sure and have it so people could post comments and questions on each car...

Sounds good, I'd be up for it. Would it be free? How much space could each person have?

Great, set it up! Might be a month or more before I could get pictures to put up, but I would definately do it. Always wanted a webpage for my car.

sounds good, you dont need a forum on it, just guestbooks like cardomain. i like being able to go through all the cars and see all the pics and rate them.

There's a local site that I'm a member on called Racing Southwest. www.racingsouthwest.com I think it's along the lines of what you're thinking. Every member gets their own "garage" for their car(s) if they so choose. Here's my garage with my Camaro: http://racingsouthwest.com/forums/in...ODE=12&CID=587
And here's the main garage for every member: http://racingsouthwest.com/forums/index.php?&act=garage
