A/C causing car to misfire/bog down? My A/C in my 99 z28 blows somewhat cold, but every time i turn it on the car bogs down, and i have gotten P0300 random misfire codes from it
has anyone else seen this and can offer solutions?

how much do the RPM's drop when it kicks in? maby its almost ceased up and creating alot of drag when it tries to start moving. mine does somthing similar to that when you first turn it on (especially if the car is cold), it bogs a little when it kicks on, but i've never gotten any codes for it.

i think the compressor is siezing
i hear that it should be easy to just spin the thing by hand, so i am going to try that this weekend and see if that is the issue
