Default Tell me if this is ok.

This is a 1998 trans am, 99k miles, says there was rear damage, has rebuilt/salvage title. asking 7200 obo. Will i get ripped off or have problems with this one?
Any thoughts would be helpful.

Be careful with a salvaged title. Usually it means that it was once totaled, then fixed up again. You may have some sort of unexplainable problems with it.

it has a salvage title, but has had almost all of the miles on that salvage title
the car had the repairs done at like 8,000 miles, it now had almost 100k

Price looks high for a salvaged title car. You could find a '98 Z28 with 100k miles for $8k.

do you think i could find a T/A with similar mileage for around 8k....because that is exactaly what i want =)
M6, any color any options
preferably black or red, but ill take anything, i just think that a black T/A is the sexiest car EVER!

With how cheap these cars are going for now, I wouldn't hit up the salvage title car. Mabye if it was flood damage, or theft recovery, and it was repaired so long ago that you KNOW it's good to go now. Good luck on your search.

it is rear damage, over 90k miles since repairs...
