I guess so. I'm kinda new compared to most on this site but I'm on here enough to learn about the search button. I had it beat into my head by so many now its my turn.

others that arent mentioned often that come at no cost:

ported maf housing.
lower air box lift mod.
removing cat-back. (if your a true hoos like muah)

Like me. I've heard of many free mods but since I also have a 4L60E, I just haven't paid much attention to the drill mod. Didn't even know about it until now.

its kinda self explainatory...lol

use some washers or something to put under the lower aribox to raise it. i dont know if this is for you camaro guys though..

This mod would only work properly on a camaro with the SS hood or Ultra Z hood. If you try this on a Z28 hood, you are just going to get hot air in the intake unless you seal up the gap. I would like to try this but my lid already rubs the underside of my hood. If I raised it any more, it wouldn't close properly. I might try some adjustments to the hood and let you guys know how it turns out in case somebody else has this problem.

Ah, thanks on the drill mod. Yes, I am a 4L60E guy. Maybe it's covered in the manual trans section a lot. That or I really don't pay enough attention.
