Look at all the money you've already spent. Then think about adding the cost of a converter and a tune. BTW, a second is a HUGE gain. I doubt you'll actually see a full second gain. The gain that you do see/feel, you will love! Also I dont think I can count how many members on here have an aftermarket converter in their 4l60-e. So unless you have been ungodly and unnecessarily rough on it (neutral drops and other dumb ****) then a rebuild is totally unnecessary.

the graph looks good except for the scratchyness, which can be cause by your hypertech although you are losing power right at 5600ish rpm. you are also running a little rich. not much but you are. ideal a/f is 12.9 or 13.0 i dont see any valve float in the graph so that is good. however maybe change your wires from 10MM to 8mm and the graph will even out some.... 10mm is too big of a wire and is consuming some voltage and slowing the dwell timing from the coils.
