And you need to take into consideration the different weather conditions and possibly different DA between the 13.007 run and the 13.04

you only run race gas if you NEED to run race gas.. higher octane is about protecting your motor... not making more power...
now if you found your car made more power with more timing, then you could advance the timing and run 101 to keep detination from becoming an issue...
the easy way to understand it is this... the higher the octane, the slower it burns. if your car is tuned to run on 93, and you feed it 101, then you are giving it fuel that burns slower then it is expecting, it has the exact same effect as pulling timing ... (and pulling timing can kill your track times...) run that stuff dry and go buy normal 93 octane gas your times will improve

if i had to guess, i'd say you will run about .5 faster....
now the more important question...
man you have spent close to 1500 in parts.... for 7-800 bucks you could have bought one part that would have netted you better gains....
a converter!!!!
auto drivers.... a converter should be your second mod(right after the lid that everyone buys first..)
run pump gas and slap a 3600 stall verter and you got a low 12 sec car...

heh, no idea what it runs yet. never been to the track.
the tracks here in NJ (Atco, Englishtown, etc) are pretty much sealevel altitude.
but everyone needs a baseline number...
rebuild?
you dont need to rebuild nothing to swap your converter....
a good converter can be had for a LOT less then 2200....

How is that yank going to be on a stock transmission??
Especially the 1 - 2 shift?? The line pressure will eat the tranny intrenals up!! iunno
The convertor is 400.00 dollars....and then a rebuild, It really doesn't seem like i need to drop all that money into this this...to gain a second!!
Maybe just me!!
