air charge system

air charge system I want to remove it if its even called that. IS the unit it self located in the front driver side bumper? I noticed that a tube ran from the top of the passenger exhaust manifold to a T that went into the drivers side and then down to some motor in the front fender. If its that can I remove it to make room for my IC pipes? I know I will have to have it deleted in my HPTuners
