the people before me in line, i think were transfering a title or something. anyways the bill of sale had the old owners name and signuature, and the sig was a letter off from the actual name, and the lady gave them hell for the error, said they forged it blah blah and took away the new plate she gave them and told them to come back with real paperwork. it was pretty funny
