bought an LS1, also have an LT1, which to mod?

bought an LS1 to my other car with! I just bout a 2002 6 Speed trans am.
Ok i now can say having owned bolth the LS1 and the LT1 the LS1 is waay more civilized, way more comfortable and way faster stock versus stock..... BUT the LT1 was a little louder, sounded WAAAY better, and had so much more bottom end torque that it purely FEELs WAAAY faster... I already got low 11s on motor out of my LT1, and it has a still unused wet kit on it that should take it to the 9s, and I have my Stock TA, that with only an exhaust cutout ran an altitude corrected 12.97 at bandimere speedway (14.06 @ 5,880 feet)
Which should I start, or continue modifying?
my lt1 can be seen on my webpage in my Sig. but as im in kuwait right now im not in a position to take a picture of my tran am which is like 8000 miles away
