First Mods? I Purchased an '02 Trans Am a few months ago. It already had a cat back system on it when i bought it. I am Ready to do some mods to make it quicker. I just have enough money to do a few things at a time, any suggestions on what i should do first? and how much it might cost me!

Learn to use the search button, it is your greatest resource. 
Do some searches for "first mods" and you will find TONS of info. Look mostly in the new enthusisasts section and external engine. If you don't know how to search read the getting started on LS1 tech thread in the new enthusiast forum. JRP has a VERY nice writup on how to get what you are looking for through search.
