The more sporty looking z28.. I am looking into buying a Z28 1998-2000 and I like the way it looks with the body kit and different spoiler, but what exactly is that called? Is it some sort of RS sport package or something? Would a car like that cost more than the standard Z28? Is there anything else included in this package?

It's called the "Sport Apearance Package" or SAP for short on the 98-02 cars. In 97-98 the only way you could get it was on a RS V6 camaro. In '98 they stopped the RS and just offered the "package" without the RS badges if you or the dealer special ordered it.

Everything included with the package you can see, it's just the body kit. I wouldn't expect to pay much (if any) more for a Z28 with the sport appearance package than for a standard one. I got one hell of a deal on mine. Four years ago with only 32k miles it was ~$14,000. 
The window sticker on mine lists it as a $1,348 option though.
