I bought mine from WS6Project for $100 + $15 for the breather filter. If you have a '98-99 LS1, you won't have to worry about getting the breather filter, but if you have a '00-02, you will have to get one. It slips into the air hose. Hope this helps.

I'm going out to Bradenton Motorsports Park to hit the 1/4 mile track on Sunday the 17th with RevXtreme. Let me know if you want to go.

I have a question for those with clear lids...

Does the inside get oily? Do they stay clean and clear? Have you had to wash them? And did they get scratched easily if you had to wash them?

Thanks.

Thanks.

No the inside of mine is perfectly clean (no oil, or any debris for that matter) after running it about 1 full year now.

Again after 1 year mine is as nice as the day I bought it... never washed it, I've wiped down the outside of it tho of course...

one of the nicest things about buying it was, I missed the LS1 Group buy by a couple months or so.... when I mentioned it to the salesman on the phone he says "Oh you're an LS1Tech member?" and gave me the discount anyways.

Cool guys, nice product.

I'm going to be in the market for a lid myself very soon. I'd keep the one on there because it's b*tchin but I have no idea how to tell whether or not it's the stock or aftermarket high-flow lid... anyone know how to tell? Here's a pic of it...
