also, will i have any hassle doing this? i dont have a robertson screwdrivero, never even heard of the thing. also will i have to do a lot of cutting?

i would hold off on the install till your lid gets there and do it all at once.
the only cutting that i know you will have to do is the FRA mod. the FTRA fits right in the same hole....
do a search on FRA mod and it should turn up pics...

and this is what the skrew driver looks like....

Correct

What did you need a robertson screwdriver for? I've installed FTRA's and never needed one.

Also, the foam goes on the underside of the lower airbox and not the lid. You should be able to install 1000's of lids and never have to touch the foam.

pic off of Fast Toy's website

It seals the metal ram air kit to the plastic lower air box.

ok so im installing this and the air box base wont clear the radiator, it has those spaces to put on the radiator itself but it seems the radiator was pushed back. did i move something out of the way?
i forced this in and its tough to close the air lid and the bellow keeps coming loose at the throttle body.

i managed to put this in tightly but theres like a whistling noise now, you can only hear it when the hood is open and i cant make out where its coming from.
help please

it sounds like you either moved yourself, or it moved by itself from its seat... try picking the radiator up and reseating it...

other then that i really cant picture what is wronge without seeing the car...

no i am not flying to el paso

Alot of times you need to pull the radiator towards the front of the car and slide the lower air box piece ontop of it so it holds it like its suppose to, the whistling noise is because you had to cut that plastic, it slienced the air, now it cant, dont worry about it
