Here's A Tidbit Of Info For Ya'll! Pull Your Inlet Off Your Throttle Body, And See How Far Your Throttle Blades Open. Been My Experience They Don't Fully Open.

Not Sure What It Means, But Seems Like It Would Be A Flow Restriction At Wot.

yeah all sounds good first manually set WOT and make sure some slack for closed throttle the set TP sensor

And you'll also be negating any gains, pretty much the blade will still not be at 90*, it will be opening too much resulting in the same scenario as before, just in the opposite direction.

that is why you have to be VERY careful, its hard to fix if you go too far
