lid, and exhaust first branch out from there...read alot on here and you will figure stuff out

Yes, exhaust is more than just a poser mod, it definately adds hp and tq, that you can feel every time you get on it. A good set of long tubes alone may net you updwards of 25 rwhp, and with a good true dual exhaust, you're looking at 30+ hp, and similar if not more tq. Exhaust is also a good start, and sounds good, but those are not the primary reasons to get it, primary reason is performance.

I say go with a lid first then full exhaust. Then cam and heads.

best power for $$$$ is nitrous. but as for your list, the heads would get you the most power, but that should be done after full exhaust. and a cam would make better use of the heads.
