i checked the ET database and didnt see anything relating to the trap speed.
the local drag strip doesnt have the times up but they do have the track open...
The other night at the track I saw cars run almost 1 second different with that same speed.Depends on how you get out!Some cars would run 12's @105 and some would run 13's @105.

i did 13.01 @ 108 (5 damn times GRR!) in about 90 degree weather this summer in southeast texas i should have ET'd lower for the mods that i have, but i could only cut a 2.0 60', even on my 315 nitto's and 4.11 gears.

my car only had long tubes, true duals w/ x-pipe, and lid when i ran these times. now its got an ls6 intake, ported throttle body. as of today its got an f14 futral camshaft w/ underdrive pulley on the way.

i've seen big turbo cars blow the tires off for 1/8 mile and pull a 12.50 at 120 lol, trap speed is also a big factor in ROLL racing

keep in mind that it is referred to as "trap" speed because there is actually a speed trap system setup in the last 60 feet of the 1/4 mile. it takes a measurement of the time you take travling the last 60 feet and the "trap" speed is actually your average mph for that span.

You can get a real good 60' and have a low et but also a fairly low trap speed. If you spin a lot then you will have a high trap speed.
There is no real way of accurately answering your question. You could have a 3 second 60ft for all we know.

i seem to rember someone posting hp caculators on here that used your trap speed to estimate horse power.

Here's an example of what I was saying. At the track last week I was running 8.11-8.13 times @86 mph. The first time I took it to the track I ran a 8.5 @ 85 mph. The only change was the torque conveter and a shift kit. So I feel that the better torque gave me the ET and the and the 1 mph was due to the speed of the shifts being faster. If I'm way off somebody tell me please.

That 1 mph gain most likely came from the car being in it's powerband longer as opposed to the speed of it shifting which should be affecting ET/Time.

i ran 13.599 @ 107.x with a 2.1x 60' in an M6....i don't claim to be a good driver so i'd say with a decent driver if in an M6 you should be <= 13.6 with a 2.1x 60'...

Well that way you can have a sensor at the finish line and another one 66 feet before the finish line and you're average speed for that segment can easily be calculated (66ft/elapsed time in between tripping the 2 sensors) rather than have a radar gun or something that gets you just as you cross the finish line.
