You can't find a 98 Z28 or any SS's around my area but they are selling 2000 z28's for around 10,000. I would sell my 98 z28 for less than 9,500 and it has 95,000 miles. Most of the lower cost vechiles have been ragged or were fleet cars.

This car had some issues, but I thought it was a buy:

I got my '98 Z28 A4 with 80,000 miles on it for $4800. The car had some minor problems that took me another ~$100 to fix. Sometimes good deals will come around.

7200 for my half loaded 98 z with 117k miles runs great but its high milage since i have about 2000 into it with the stereo and some mechanical work just to make sure everything is fresh.

I remember seeing a 99 NBM Z28 on Ebay for 7800 with 80K miles. Was gonna get it but the bank wouldn't finance with that many miles, so I got my current one instead for 12K (taxes included) with 31K miles. That was last November

If we were to sell my wife's '00 B4C, is would be for sub $7K range. It's got 105K miles, and although it runs awesome it was a cop interceptor after all and has more chips/scratches/wear than your "typical" '00 car. It also has some holes in the interior from the police gear.

It has a fresh tranny, and fresh tires, and everything works great, but I would factor in the extra wear and tear from its days as a highway patrol vehicle when I price it.

I am picking up my 98 m6 this weekend for $4500.00. I have to drive almost 200 miles and it has 186K miles on it but I am pulling the motor and putting in the ZL-402 so it is perfect for me.

I've seen them go for that cheap, they needed some work, but worth the money. A friend just picked up a '99 Z with a slipping tranny and a beat up fender for $3500. They are out there, but expect to put a little work in...

I paid $5,500 for my '98 WS6 auto with 60K miles. One of my accounts is a finance company and the car was a repo.(it had Brand new Drag radials, new Taylor 10.4 wires, and a new Compucar nitrous kit that wasnt even wired up yet) there was $4,200 owed on it and they offered it to me for $5,500. I had to put a power steering on it(leaking).

Good price but I wasn't aware that these cars have a chip.

I am looking to add a LS1 to the stable with the Cobra and Ebay has some LS1's in the 4-5k range. Saw a 99 Hugger Orange Z/28 with 47k on it for 2k bid and the car is clean.
