$330 a yr. $0.00 deductable. 28 yrs old. Clean record. Grundy worldwide collector car insurance. $22,000 agreed value (meaning if I total it, or stolen, I would get $22K for the car) Unlimited mileage. Must be garaged, and no one under 25 can drive it. Also cannot be a daily driver. I have 4 other cars and a company vehicle, so it is def not a D/D. I pay about $50.00/month for my Fiero and $50.00/month for my Montero, both under State Farm. $250.00 ded on both, min. coverage on both.

What type of insurance plan would you guys suggest? When I get my T/A it will be paid in full, so no financing. Should I get full coverage, or just liability, or what? btw with full coverage I'll be paying like 330/mo like I said before. With less coverage I'll be paying less per month, but is it worth it?

I'm 22 and pay 521/yr using hagerty collector insurance, it does help that mine is collector edition TA but they would still probably give it to any F-body owner. Also it can't be used as a daily driver, i had to show proof i had another mode of transportation.

I checked out their website and got quoted about 900/year but Im not sure if the car Im getting would qualify. Its just a 02 ws6. What policy is your car under...exotic, modified etc. Because Im not sure what to put it down as. If this would work it would be great. Oh yeah Id have to find a way to get a "daily driver" or show them that I have another car for that purpose.

Also about the Hagerty Insurance company you can only drive it about 3500 miles per year. I think it helps if your fbod is a 2002 because that's the last year they were made which makes them a "collectible."

My son tunred 16 and drives a 240HP, V6, 2-door, 2003 EX Honda accord that books for over $20,000. He just turned 16 in October and I pay Allstate $267 a month. I thought that was high and I guess it is.

I'm 48 and I pay $340 every 6 months for my full coverage. I think about the cheapest route you could go (and still be with a fairly reputable company) would be to go with Progressive.

Two people who have been insured with them and hit me. They paid pretty timely, but, dealerships sure don't like doing business with them ... say they're the worst, but, my experiences were good.

I checked on progressive their quote was $3700/ 6 months for full coverage but not the most expensive by far. I guess I am going to call my company and see what I can do without comprehensive just liability and collision. Maybe $2500 deductible would help?
