can this cut off 1/2 second?
my best has been a 13.50, dont have many mods really.
with some LT's and drag radials, would that cut off that 1/2 second i need to get into 12's?

^ thats easy to say with a factory beast! every time I see your sig I feel envy. But most LS1s don't make 321 to the wheels with a lid only. That's like... 310 stock? maybe more.

well the day i ran that 13.50 it was a pretty cold night..
in the summer the best i could pull off was a 13.62
i would do better at sea level but im at 4400 ft elevation, but i am worried about drag radials and breaking the rear end...

Now it becomes a little more clear...you are running at elevation. If I remember right it is something like 3% of your power that is lost per 1000 feet of elevation. If you can best your 60 foot time by approx .15 second by the installation of the drag radials (possible) then the long tubes should net you a few more tenths in et so there is your half second. (2*-.15)= -.3-.2=-0.5)

BTW, in theory outside temp should make no odds to the readings (or at least minimal) as there should be correction factors used to equal out atmospheric conditions, that's if it's been corrected to SAE as opposed to STD.

That ended up being around a $3500 bill that cost me a 50 dollar deductable. Again, first time I've been that lucky with a dealer.
