Now, has the SES light came on since you started this thread? Or, does it come on for a systems test once in a while? If no, then I would for sure have somebody run a TECHII scan on it. Maybe it can see why it will not run a systems check for it on start up.

like kurt d said, he has the same thing, it sometimes comes on, sometimes doesnt. which is probably normal, but the emisions guy didnt know that and wouldve failed me even though its normal. yes it comes on about 50% of the time, whether its hot or cold.(owners manual says it should come on every time) im not worried about again for 2 more years.
