can't get car to run strong more than a 4 days
It wil run well, strong, smooth for al few days and then it will run weak and rough under acceleration. I thought at first it was a bad gas problem since it all the sudden one day started running well and then I got gas and it ran weak and rough accelerating. When I got low on gas I filled up from another station and brand and the car came back to life. Then I took a look at the maf and it was dirty. Cleaned it with CRC maf cleaner and the car ran even better. After 4 days all the power went away. I filled up with another brand of gas and it ran the same, weak. Then I put a slp maf I had laying around. The car came back to life again. For 2 days that is Then back to running weak. The next time I got gas it didn't run any better. Today I filled up with gas and the started to ping like crazy and run weak and rough.
Ignore my mod list below. I am not using the predator tune.
I have changed the fuel filter and that didn't help. I also used seafoam. I am leaning towards either bad spark plug wires, originals 51k miles or spark plugs, less than 10k.

I'd lean towards a bad plug wire or a knock sensor since you already cleaned the MAF. Maybe you overoiled your K&N (if you have one) and it keeps fouling the MAF? Another thought is a bad front o2 sensor

A few troubleshooting info for this...
Engine lacks power:
Incorrect ignition timing
Check for faulty distributer cap, wires, etc.
Faulty or incorrectly gapped spark plugs
Air filter dirty
Spark timing control system not operating properly
Faulty ignition coil(s)
Brakes binding
Fuel filter clogged and/or impurities in the fuel system
EGR system not fuctioning properly
Use of sub-standard fuel...fill tank with proper octane fuel
Low or uneven cylinder compression pressures
Air (vacuum) leak at intake manifold or plenum
Engine surges while holding accelerator steady
Intake air (vacuum) leak
Fuel pump not working properly
Those are from my 93-02 Camaro/Firebird Haynes Repair Manual Book. Hope it helps.

The car is weakest under wot. It feels rough and another thing is when the car runs weak the exhaust pops unshifting when getting back on the gas. I have a vacuum gauge inside the car and it stays steady under throttle or idle.
