Default idle problems

mods cam, longtube headers, pretty much it as far as that goes, but car runs fine in park and neutrual. put it in gear and it hesitates and stumbles, and eventually, it'll shutoff. ANy help? Would the o2 sensors cause this? I think mine are bad

prob best to post this in the tuning section. we need more details like the cam spec and what not. i would think it just needs idle airflow fixed in gear

Cam specs would help, BTW usually the autos need at least some tuning with a cam swap

What cam do you have?

SES light or no?

Has it been tuned?

Do you have an aftermarket higher stall speed torque converter?

If you havn't yet you need to get a converter ASAP if that cam is anything larger than an LS6, and you also need to get it properly tuned.
