is $8K too much for a salvage title car (35th SS with 7k miles)?

Flooded
Pull the seat belts all the way out and see how much crap is packed down in them, and check under the dash.
I bought a flood damaged car once
, never again.
It smelled after a while and started to have all kinds of electrical problems. Not worth the hassle. Caveat emptor.
