just depends its like a 18 year old ***** and a 22 year old virgin, even if one has more miles than the other you dont know how hard those few miles have been driven. you dont know if they drove it like they stole it in those 20k miles, hell for all you know they could have been going WOT at every stop light like i do! i also read more better things about the 02 not being such a bitch to tune, i mean all hte 98/99 people are upgrading their ECU's to 02's....that should tell you something.

The 2002 with more miles is worth more and will sell easy. Cars lose value more by the year than miles. IMO its stupid. If it were a 40k difference i would go with the 99 but its not. When you go look and drive both cars you will know. If its THE ONE,you will know.Buy the one you like best and not what other vote on. It will be your baby..

My 2001 SS has 11K miles. My 2002 Z28 has 9500 miles.

Yes, they are both garage queens.

As far as the guy who would pick 25K lower miles over a 3 year newer car, I'd be with you as long as some other factors applied. If the '99 was a pampered garage queen, then sure. If it sat outside in the elements, even if it wasn't driven, then the fact it's 3 years older would be a big negative.
