Dealer listing says not modified, but this isn't a stock exhaust is it?

Do people in WI get out often??? Florida is a coastal state, with lots of nice, salty air to rust away most cars. If that's a marketing angle, I'd be wary of it. Otherwise, if it checks out alright, I say jump at it if it's what you want.

They look like Loudmouth tips to me. (3.5" slash cut tips) I got the same ones on my car.
But then again, if it had a Loudmouth catback, it would be pretty hard to pass off as completely unmodified.

Dealer said the lowest he would drop the price was $14,300.
I've decided to go with a 99 T/A with 45,000 miles and the same price who has a Ram Air Hood and brand new wheels.
Road trip to Ohio tomorrow...

Its flowmaster exhaust. all their tips look like that and its usually the only mod done to cars, trucks or anything. They just wanted it to be loud, dont worry, get it and clean that engine bay up.
