great pickup, although its not a camaro...hehe. But really, sick looking ride. And I do love the color, dont dog it too much until you get a good feel for her (dont wanna end up around a pole or something, especially in the rain) Good luck!

yea i know, i've driven in the rain 3 times and this thing has never seen above 1800rpms. i had a 3.4L firebird before this and i know the feeling of RWD + rain + snow. it all equals bad traction. it only gets worse with more power.

Congratulations man. That's definitely a sweet deal you got. I'm just waiting for a killer deal to come around, and I'll be joining you fellows as a proud F-body owner once again.

I am trying to get an LS1 very soon. Going from a silvermist 2000 GTP to an Fbody (again)... wow... sounds exactly like me LOL.

Current car (all stock now):

1994 3.4L 5-spd Camaro (traded in on GTP):

Reid,

I've seen you around on the ClubGP boards. Sorry about your engine man.

I sold my 2000 GTP a little over a month ago. I'm looking to get into another F-body (my third...LS1 powered this time around though), but I may have to wait a bit due to a wedding.

man i'm so happy, i even woke up smiling. i can't get this stupid smirk off my face. it's been glued on for 2 days now. i look mental.

these cars go for soooo much money (18k for a car with 50,000 miles? wtf?) but it shows if you look hard enough, a good deal can be had!
Ya I looked for like 5 months before I found my car it had 63,000 miles power windows, doors, keyless entry/alarm,chrome rims, newtires my car also came with the 2.73's. The dealership took my 91 300zx that had a wrecked front end for 3300 dollers to make up for the the 8,500 dollers I was gonna give them. So my car cost 11,800, But my nissan was soo beat up that it was like I was just paying 8,500 for it. So these cars can be found for good deals just got find them and buy them quick before someone else does.

I currently have my eye on a 2000 T/A M6, black with t-tops. 29K miles and CLEAN for $15,995. Looks all original and unmolested. I want to see what they can do on the price, but for those miles and condition I would still take it now.

Nice car for the price and mileage!! Get a stall, don't let it scare you, you will gain more with the stall than headers. It was the best mod that I had done at the time and I daily drove it for a year before I added more things.

If you get the stall, get DRs too or you'll spin bad from a stand still. Good luck.

yea but honestly i want the sound headers produce. to me a .3 second increase in the quarter with twice the exhaust loudness and a better exhaust note is wayyyy better than .5 off the quarter alone

i love the SLP dual/dual, one of the best tones out there, but if i can make it twice as loud and keep the tone i need to change my shorts...

.5? Depending on the stall size you can expect more of an ET drop. I got 1 second. Now I have the headers and cam put in....... that sound my friend is Congrats again.

i was thinking about eventually putting in a yank SS3200 and a transgo shift kit in my tranny but that can cause tuning problems (hitting rev limiter and bad shifting). i see you race at atco...i drive past atco every day for work. where can you get a tune around here? who dyno tunes?

Down by Atco? Hmmmm Cartek would be the closest to you. TTP is a bit further north. If you get the tune done correctly for the stall, you won't have any issues with the rev limiter. I didn't and I don't have a shift kit either.

i'm around the hammonton area so i'm 10 miles east of atco off of route 30/white horse pike. where do you recommend? i dont plan to go futher than headers, stall and shift kit so if i can ge that all tuned in the end that would be great.
