well, the problem is that now all the new sports cars coming our are pretty powerful, and somehow its always just a little bit less expensive to upgrade your current car than to buy the newer faster ones...

And, there's nothing like the feeling of mashing the throttle and then looking down after only a few moments and realizing the speedo is sweeping past 100. Its like "oh, damn... I wonder what it would be like if i installed _________???"

Obviously not a huge difference, but it does feel a bit more aggressive in the higher rpm's. I really want to find a dyno in my area and get a baseline for the future.

I wanted to keep this car stock, I haven't even had it a month. But currently I have

Drilled/slotted rotors sitting in a box
17" SS wheels & tires in my garage
dynotune wet kit with about $400 in accessories
A CD player somewhere on its way to me
Clear corners supposedly coming tommorow
A lid being shipped to me tommorow
$150 in nitrous hardware being shipped to a local shop
When my car goes in to pick the hardware up it's getting a cutout

I said hell 320ish horses is more than I will ever need. Then I raced a full bolt on camd LT1 and lost. That was around 1500 grand ago and 100ish horses. You will be digging around your garage and attic and house looking for anything that might sell on ebay man. Thinking of every scam you can try which there are a few good ones out there for around 600 bucks just gotta know people and put ur head into it. Im not suggesting anything illegal just bending the rules slighty LOL!!!!!Gotta do what ya gotta do to get into those 10's.

My buddy said it the best way. He pointed to his Ram Air and said I love that car to death its just like my girlfriend though its a money pit. You keep putting money in it and you are happy with it for a week or so and then you realize it just keeps blowing up and pissing you off...

Well, I am happy to take the slpw approach so far. One up grade every few months.. It keeps the wife from bitching. Although I have no Idea how I will explain the 6k charge on the credit card someday to EPP when I purchase a procharger.. but I have time to think of an excuse!

My thoughts exactly. Just get a turbo kit or Procharger and be done with it.

As was pointed out in someones sig
Mods are like potato chips, you can't only have one
I was like alot of these guys, 320 hp stock, that's plenty (yeah right) now mines got a lid, headers, and I'm looking at nitrous
(my wife is going to kill me )

I actually don't drive my car as much as i use to, becaue I can't afford the mods I want, and driving it just rubs it in my face! SO, i am saving for what seems like eternity, but I am still reserved to my goal of getting my car into the 11's without going into any debt and without nitrous. The bad part is that I work at officemax!
