quick stupid question about tsp lid
i just got my lid today and put it on, it doesn't have a port for the stock temp sensor, will this cause a problem. i just zip tied the sensor end away from anything hot, and i haven't seen and codes pop up.

No hole for the IAT sensor/grommet? Should have one, sounds like a boo boo. You can call the vendor/send it back - or just measure the size of the hole on the stock lid, drill it yourself, then install.

The temp sensor MUST be in the inlet tract. If not, the engine computer will produce an incorrect air/fuel mix. Like 2001NBMZ28 said, either get the lid replaced or drill the hole and install the grommet and temp sensor.
