yes, at least when you buy a reputable brand. don't buy the wal mart special, buy brands like STP, Chevron, etc...real brand names. as long as you fill up 91 octane you don't need it though unless you're running higher than stock compression. it won't add any power or mpg.
if you run it once in a blue moon it will help somewhat...overtime regardless of running 93 octane crapped builds up.....so yea it will clean the injectors out a bit....something that will help alot is get a can of TB cleaner...take off the bellows, open the throttle plate and spray it in, and wipe it out...youll get alot of nasty crap coming out
