Any case back on topic....
I think you will like it, a lot of the same things you liked about your LT1 your going to find in the LS1 plus you'll find new stuff you like about the Ls1 cars, better brakes and what not.

and as far as styling goes its all a matter of opinion. i like the 98+ Z28's and T/A's but i like the 96-97 SS and WS6. i think the 96-97 WS6 has a more refined look, not saying the 98+ WS6 dosent look like an orgasm on wheels, i just prefer the 96-97. but thats my opinion.

1st of all these threads just dont get any better. The reason I love the LT1 is because I think the front end looks better and it sounds better.Thats pretty much it. My Lt1 is a A4 and my LS1 is a M6. The cars are a night and day difference. I really don't like working on my LT1 car because of bad plug acess,OPTI,etc. The LS1 is easier to work on and responds so good to even the most simple mods. My Bone stock M6 2001 SS 306.5hp 327.7ft lbs of tq. even with that said i love my LT1 to death also. 4th gen Lt1 Camaro Z28's is what started my addiction to 4th gens
