As a few of these guys mentioned, it depends on your master plan and how much you "really" want to spend. I've only spent a little bit, but noticed a difference with just the mods I have so far. I'm saving up for exhaust, and then have a couple ideas after that. The key I think, is having a plan that makes sense for your goals.
