Why am i not seeing what you guys are getting (18 city and 24 to 26 highway)? I tend to drive it easy and even when i try not to rev above 2000 rpms, i still don't get great mileage! I have about 81k miles. I used to have a bad cat when i bought the car which was driven about 8k miles with a SES light on by the ***** before me. Could it have fried my 02 sensors or something? When i bought it i had the injectors flushed and everything.

people saying that they get 25-30 mpg that is like their best seen ever on a highway trip, no ac, windows up constant crusing speed
around town with the AC on you should see around 16, and on the highway around 25 combined for around a total of 22 or 23 most likely and thats only because you have an M6, i get about 20mpg

I need to average mine up again since the ls6 intake swap and cai if I can get the lead out of my shoe. With mixed driving w/ the ls1 intake, I would get an average of 20mpg which was close to 50/50 driving and some A/C. My plugs probably need to be changed, but there is no point right now because headers are in my near future, so I'll just change them then.
BTW, I got around 25mpg with 80% HWY and 20% city on a trip I made doing like 85mph the whole way......with the A/C on. (LS1 intake).

Premium today in NH is 2.95 and dropping, although I usually run mid grade.
The worst I have done is 19, and the best is 23's. The previous owner claims to have done 30. I am thinking he is full of ****, but my foot hasn't matured yet, either.

Ok, Dictionary Dan, this a crash
and for the record, this is not a vehicle that I was operating at the time of this CRASH.
Taking out a linear marker (the drivers side mirror, and a little paint) while sideways and thouroughly scaring the **** out of your wife is not a crash.
It was like rubbing while racing...when in the Richard Petty Experience.
