DONT DO IT! you said you OWE 5000 & that he'd pay it off,then sell you the car for 14900. my expirence w/ carlots/ dealers is that they'll do that & add that money they"bought"your car for on top of that loan. you need to make sure this isnt the case.

also just b/c they payoff your loan of 5000 doesnt mean thats how much they're giving you for it. example. lets say book val. on your car is 2500 & your loan is 5000.
he'll pay it off & add the 2500 that he overpaid for your car in your new loan
bringing the cost of that ws6 to 17400+ all the fees for buying a car from a dealer. tax,tag,title,delivery, etc. prolly a xtra grand or so.

The title is clear so it has at least never been totaled, but could be wrecked and id never know.

So last night it seemed i was getting vibes of yes, buy it now it seems like no dont.

I had already figured in all the other bull **** and shortend it up so i woulnd come across as confusing. The price of the car is 13.900 he is giving my 4 for my car and paying it off for 5 and adding another 1 to the ls1=14.900

If i buy it, it will be tomoro so last minute opinions are due. If i buy it i will only offer 13.5 for a starter and if he declines 14k is my limit.

In answer to your question; exhaust and suspension and 15 HP.
I think you ended up confusing us with the numbers. If you have to pay anything over $9,000 (plus you car) it is too much.
What did you end up doing??
