Default hood struts
will the hood struts of a 98 fit an 01, regardless if its a camaro or trans am ect..?? do they all use the same struts?

I *think* the cars with fiberglass hoods (SS, WS6....) have a ligher weight strut than the cars with the heavier steel hood. Don't think there's a difference between years though.

well i have a fiberglass hood...im thinking about buying some used struts off of 98...thats why i didnt want to go with brand new ones.
