Default removing broken bolt

While removing the exhaust manifold I broke the first bolt in the block on the passenger side. Whats the best way to remove it. Any tips on drilling it out.. Any help would be appriciated thanks in advance.

I saw this on the tv show Trucks. Drill a smaller hole into the conter of the broken bolt and tap it, next get a bolt that will thread into that hold you drilled and taped and use some red locktite and thread it in. let it set before you back the broken bolt out.

Anyone else have another suggestion?

You mean the bolt in the head? Be careful drilling, buddy of mine tried it (first bolt on the drivers side) and hit dex cool - not good. I'd ask in the exhaust/header section too.
