Oxygen Sensor

Oxygen Sensor
Ok so I bought my car and apparently it has no oxygen sensor (previous owner deleted it when he put new exhaust on) Well my car still throws the check engine light on. My question is, is this somthing that would be safe to just get tuned and leave it without o2 sensor, or is this somthing I need to replace? I've done research, but come up with two different answers...its not important...and that it can hurt the engine cause when it has no o2 sensor to regulate the amount of air that comes in it makes the computer guess and can keep bad emissions in your engine and hurt it. Whats the best thing to do about this? Thanks!

If it's a rear O2 then don't worry. It won't hurt a thing, and has zero effect on A/F or power. If it's a front O2 then you need to install a new sensor ASAP.

Here is the breakdown of the DTCs you're getting:
P0131: O2 sensor circuit low voltage (B1S1 = Front left sensor)
P0137: O2 sensor circuit low voltage (B1S2 = Rear left sensor)
P0151: O2 sensor circuit low voltage (B2S1 = Front right sensor)
P0157: O2 sensor circuit low voltage (B2S2 = Rear right sensor)
P0171: [Fuel] System too lean, (B1 = Left bank of motor)
P0174: [Fuel] System too lean, (B2 = Right bank of motor)
Either all your O2 sensors are bad, or more likely you have some damaged wiring somewhere.
