Default Opinion needed b4 purchase

Checked out a 2000 automatic pewter T/A WS6 w/ 91k SLP lid and custom cat-back they're asking 10.5k. I'm going to have the dealership put it on the lift and me and two of my older friends are going to look at it but they're LT1 guys (Impala SS owners) and was wondering if 1) that's a good price and 2) what should I look out for while it's on the lift? I'm also a b-body fan I have a 92 Olds Custom Cruiser that I'm turning into a drag car so this F-body/LS1 stuff is all new to me. One last thing, since I'll be using the T/A as a daily driver what are the mileage differences between standard/auto, I wanted an M6 but there aren't any that I could find for sale with a decent price within 200 miles.

Nice car, love the TT2 on the pewter. I am not great at helping with this but main things I would want to look for are any oil near/around the transmission area (leaks, rear main seal or tranny), any stress on the suspension such as bearings on torque arm, PHB, and LCAs , and see if you can check the front/rear bumper foam for quality incase it was bumped at all. Dealership really sounds like they know what they are talking about with this car as well, or just read it off a build sheet. Other than that it looks very nice and not a bad deal (depends on region) . 10.5k might be a tad high IMO so I would say around 10k, but with those wheels its not a bad deal either way as long as its a real WS6, check the RPO codes to make sure.

The rims are worth about 1500+, and is a fairly desired rim. You could sell them/trade them and drop the price by a decent amount.

I really like the rims on it, I was thinking I might get them if I were to get a car that had stockers anyways. Thanks for the replies so far, if there is anything else let me know

yeah decent price and looks fairly clean. Id look for coolant leaks and signs of a repaint, if its good, id say go for it!
