I've always liked the Z and SS better, but the firebird is a good looking car also, a Z or SS with the Y3F appearance package is my favorite but i guess i might be biased cause thats what I have, definitely a LS1 they get a lot better gains with modifications plus you already start at the 300hp mark, anyway good luck and WELCOME

Power and speed wise nothing different. They are both rice cookers in a big way! Just pick the body style that you like best. Dont worry about what everyone else likes...except of course make sure you get an LS1..trust me I would know from experience...

well everyone has stated the must is an ls1, lt1's are junk. granted i have seen some pretty quick lt1's but they aren't worth any money to put into them. i like a camaro and trans am both. i used to have a camaro but here in a few months i think i am goin to look for a trans am but depending on prices i may end up with a camaro again. both look freakin awesome though.
