Default Seals Leaking

I'm looking into purchasing a 99 LS1 transam. The rear main seal, rearend seal, and front seal are all leaking oil. The only one that is a decent leak is the rear main seal. The other two are only slightly leaking. Any general idea of what damage this could do, and how much it would cost to fix?

Won't do any damage unless the oil level is low. Its just a mess with it leaking all over the place. If all those areas are leaking oil, it makes me wonder how well the car was treated in the first place.
