Default 2000 ws6 fair price?

well i think i found a nice car... 2000 ws6 black on black.. automatic.. 11,000 miles yes 11. they want 18 for the car i think thats a little too much for a 2000 i was thinking 15k cash out the door would be fair? what do you think is a good price? considering it is chicago mid winter.

if its cash they will probably go for it, 18 aint bad I have seen 2000 WS6's with 10,000 to 15,000 miles sell for 20 grand

Is it a dealer? Chicago area dealer probably won't let that car go for $15k, even this time of year. Cash or not won't matter. $17-18 would be more likely.

If it's a private seller, you might get it for $15-16 if they want to sell fast.

I payed just under 12k for my 2000 ws.6 with 80k. A little off topic but the prev owner had put a biger gear and had not recalabarated the speedo. So realisticly does the car have less than 80k?

Yea sounds pretty fair bring them down a little.....i paid 18 cash for my 99 but it only had 9K miles and was in showrrom condition so yea id say talk him down a litlle but thats fair

So yeah I would talk them down..

paid 21k for my 02 collectors edition ws6 last year with only 13k miles and i jus bout a 2000 ws6 for 13k with 64k miles

mine was a 2002 trans am ws6, 6-speed with 9200 miles on it and i picked it up for 19500...21500 out the door with tax tag and title. soo you decide i guess

I paid 19,500 canadian for my '01 t/a with 129,000km on it. =\

But the collectors edition ws6, they wanted 30,000 for it.

I got my 2000 WS6 M6 with 31k on the clock for 5k and my 04 Grand Am GT which had 26k on it... if that helps at all ha

yes. how much depends on the mileage it had on there when he did it and what his starting and ending gears were. i have no idea why anyone wouldn't recalibrate their speedo if he changed the gears at like 30k and went from 2.73's to 3.73's or something, your car may have more like 65k miles.
