GM Performance wire?

GM Performance wire? Could someone tell me if this is a GM Performance wire or just a factory replacement thats red....And whats the difference anyway?
i mdont think GM makes a stock red wire, but i could be wrong. performanc wires usually are 8.5mm. thats not the actual wire size, but rather the size of the wire and its insulation. usually the wire is slightly thicker and the insulation is way thicker, which mean it reduces heat and reduces interference.
