With fuel upgrades a 150 shot is pretty safe on a bolt on car. Alot of us have pushed the stock bottom end well past a 200 shot though. Most guys run a master arm switch with window switch and wide open throttle switch so the nitrous will come on autmaticly (generally you want spray above 3000rpm). Read the stickies in teh nitrous section, most of your questions will be answered.

theres alot of guys running over a 200 shot on stock bottom end...but thats as far as i PERSONALLY would push it...just for safety's sake..just a general rule of thumb 200 shot for totally stock and 150 shot for a built motor..i.e. heads, cam etc. still on botom end

i think id only do like 125... :/ haha or 100... ill just be using it on the street , so you just turn on the master switch and when it reads that your WOT, it automatically shoots n2o? or it only lets you shoot it when your WOT? maybe im missing something, cuz ive seen guys put their "button" behind the gas pedal so it automatically hits it when their nitrous is on? that sound right?

Unless you have researched for months and have a very good LS1 tuner at your disposal, don't push it past a 75 to 100 shot untill you guys know what you're doing. Those of you who posted 150 shot and 200 shots are safe on the stock bottom end and are done all day, you haven't read much around here. Those are with pretty much every safety device possible, top notch n2o kits, and a dam good tune. It is possible but VERY rare. Most blow a ringland pretty quickly after hitting 150+ and if you read, there are less dangers with a dry shot (done right) than a wet. Reading's your friend. Ask a few of the vendors that make their own products for advice - they know A LOT more than 90% of the blabbermouths on the site.

Ive been spraying a 100 shot on my ls1 ever since the first day i bought it. I pulled the kit of my LT1 when i sold it, and slapped it on my STOCK(at the time) ls1 the first day i brought it home.
