Default Ported TB

I'm looking in to getting this done. I've checked out our members web site(Performance Throttle Bodies) and sent him an email.
Any gains to be had from this? Car is stock save for an SLP lid

A ported TB is a good first mod. Then i would look at getting a catback exhaust.

yes the ls6 is standard on 01+. The ported TB is a great place to start modding. Look up bo white for the porting.

Yea I'm going to get it done. I don't think I would try it myself. I'd rather send it out to someone who has done one or two.

Port your TB yourself, be careful for the thinner areas b/c theres a possibility that you may port through to the other side(grain of sand size) thats when good ol' JB Weld Comes into place.

Very simple to do actually..

I couldn't notice the difference honestly, but that was because I did it after heads/cam.

Becareful with epoxy that stuff can break off in chunks and end up bouncing around in your motor.
