What did you think you need the programmer for? During a tune up you replace and clean worn "tune" items, not actually adjust your tune. You could get a tune, but I don't think a programmer is the way to go.
You can use NGK plugs also, that is what I'm using, but they won't last 100k.

FYI I just pulled a plug at 79500 miles and it gapped at .057'' and looked to be in VERY good shape as well as the plug-wire OHMing out to 270 OHM. My friend's 05 Impala's plug wire OHM'ed at 2800 OHM.Here is a pic of the plug, before you replace, take a look and see what kind of shape it's in. OHM out the wire as well.
THINGS YOU SHOULD DO!
Grease your T-top with GM Dielectric silicon grease
Replace air filter
Replace fuel filter
Clean MAF screen
Change oil/filter
Change diff fluid
Change tranny fluid (ONLY! if you are 6-speed, at 100K miles changing fluid in an un-touched 4L60E is asking for it to take a ****) I see you are A4 so DO NOT FLUSH OR CHANGE FLUID UNLESS YOU DO IT REGULARLY AT 15K MILE INTERVALS OR YOU WILL KILL THAT TRANNY!.
Flush coolant sys./Replace coolant

For the tune-up, I figured i'd use
MSD Wires
NGK TR55 Plugs
K&N Fuel Filter
Recharge the K&N Filter
Get the Fuel Injection serviced (or could i do it myself?)
Change Belts
Fush radiator and recharge A/c = done
am i missing anything else?

did the seafoam, and that **** was cool!!!!!!!! when i took her for the spirited drive, everyone was shaking thier heads as i drove by , thinking something was wrong with the car... now my trottle is way more responsive and the car now drive at lower rpm's... Im changing the plugs and wires this week, hopefully that will bring even more improvement
