What is the difference between the loudmouth and loudmouth 2 cat back exhaust systems?Isnt the only difference is the resonator.The newer one uses a ceramic perforated core that decreases interior noise.Is that the only diff???

Yes the only difference is the muffler or lack thereof. The LM1 uses a hollow resonator while the LM2 uses a bullet muffler.

The LM2 is sounds better especially with headers

i must say, when i was at a meet afew weeks back, a kid had his ws6 backed up to mine and a guy in a vett wanted to hear my exhaust with the headers and i started mine and stood behind the car and the other kid with the ws6 had macs and a LM2 vs my PacesetterL/Ts and LM1 and his car was noticably deeper sounding when he started it. It kind of pissed me off but not that much. Ill take funtion over sound.
