Look at the 2nd car on the page, the WS6
They don't list any specific parts in the "X Package," but here is a link to the packages they offer:
X Package is the first one
I'm not sure about what kind of Dynos they used, nor do I care. I just thought this would be an interesting thing to post here, since many people say it can't be done.
Here's another website stating the same thing:

400rwhp isn't happening with bolt ons. Face the facts people.

RussStang : Yes the numbers are uncorrected on a mustang dyno. 318hp and 348ftlbs. The only thing that would differ my setup from someone elses is that I dont have the a/c in the car. (no compressor) So I do believe that 400 is possible and now due to this thread I will be trying to hit those numbers with just bolt ons so I can post graphs and evidence.. (Even though those are uncorrected I still think its possible with corrected numbers. But corrected or uncorrected has not been specified I believe)

NO it's not going to happen.. and don't use ricer math to rationalise it being possible. Baseline 310 + 30 advertised from headers + 20 advertised from exhaust + 15 from LS6 intake + 10 from pulley + 10 advertised from lid + 5 from a ported throttle body + 20 from a tune.. DOES NOT BREAK 400 HP!!!!!
Advertisers create a situation where the stock version of the product they make is the biggest power restrictor on the engine, and then they replace it with their product and retest. That's what they advertise as a power increase. You are unlikely to get those numbers. Things don't work independant of each other, they work as a combination. It is not linear HP addition. Also adding HP from a good tune? Guys.. if your car baselined at 310.. do you really think you can get 330 from tweaking the tune? No, if you find 6 or 7 you hit a goldmine.. 20 may have been realistic in the 70's-80's, but "chip makers" will tell you today's cars are right about where they are supposed to be bone stock. Besides, adding for a tune is adding twice. Advertisers and such aren't giving you untuned claims.
A Full bolt on car is VERY UNLIKELY to see more than 350-360 rwhp, EVER, unless you compromise the definition of a bolt-on.
