I have Full coverage on my 99z28 and 00 stratus with 250 comp and 500 collison through ALLSTATE, Im 26 my wife is 24 no tickets or accidents right now and we pay 176 a month for both. I have had the policy since I was 16 though just added my wife 2 years ago, that might make a difference.
For some reason though a 99 was 95 dollars A MONTH cheaper than 98 model, wierd.

$140/mo for full coverage with Statefarm. $250/UIM and $500/my fault collision. But then again its on my dad's policy he has 6 vehicles so we all cash in on the discount. Plus I heard that insurances weren't suppose to base coverages on your credit record and they do. True or false?

Jesus, I can't believe I'm the only insurance agent on here, or at least the first to speak up.
You guys are totally missing the point. There is no such thing as an "average" rate for insurance. Most insurance companies use over 40 different criteria to determine your rate, any one of which could drastically alter what you're paying. Not to mention there are things like location, rated drivers, and coverages that change the rate.
NEVER, EVER COMPARE YOURSELF TO ANOTHER PERSON WHEN IT COMES TO INSURANCE!!
Mainly because you may think you're close to your buddy, same age, you guys drive the same car, but there are things you can't see or didn't think of which would make the rates different. So don't bother with these threads, they aren't helping you at all.
I help people with insurance all the time on Z28.com, feel free to PM me here or send me an e-mail to thephantompooper@hotmail.com. I'll be happy to answer any questions you guys have about insurance that I can help you with.

It will also depend on where you live. Obviously if you live in a city like Chicago or Miami it will be more than if you live in po-dunk Illinois.

If you look at the rates they seem to range from about 85/month to 150/month and 200+ being the extreme. I think this is the information he is looking for and seems to be a good amount of data from real world customers not some "quote" from an insurance company.

I use USAA and pay $141 a month for a 2002 T/A WS6 and 2006 Scion TC(Wifes) Clean record, full coverage 200 deductable for both comp and collision , car rental and towing. If you are in the military or know somebody who is I would get USAA they are the cheapest I have ever seen. I am 26 and been with them for 18 months.
