310 - 320 RWHP, you wont get the most out of that cat back without headers or a nice ory, or skip the borla and throw on a e-cutout

Yeah I'd say 20rwhp is a safe bet. So like iceman said, depending on your base numbers, you would probably be around 320rwhp. Only one way to find out though.

20hp is a reach. If you get 10hp be happy. If you add a tune with those mods then you're looking at 20+. However, a tune is a waste of money (unless you know someone), before LTs.

I'd save your money and add LTs or port and polish your TB before you tune her up.

A tune is NEVER a waste of money, whenever you change the flow characteristics of engine component it SHOULD be tuned right afterwards.

those mods might give you 10 to 15 rwhp at the most. I'm looking to into LT headers and p&p the stock TB, hopefully this will give me 20+rwhp....

I would do everything at once then get a tune. A tune by itself after the mods in my netted me almost 15rwhp and 20 pounds of torque. Good luck.
