Yeah...stock clutch is not good for much. Im very happy with my LS7 clutch, but i'm not making huge HP either.

98-00 = horrible weak *** clutch, 01-02 = LS6 clutch, better but not much good past 350+ rwhp

byunspeed.com .....tell em your on ls1tech....hes a great guy and will work with you every step of the way and treats no question like a dumb question. good luck! i love my LS7 even though im lid/catback/streettires only right now. its been run hard all the way up to 125 so far with only 1.5k miles on it and its done great!

like i said before ive personally seen the ls7 clutch in 600+hp cars....i mean hell its designed for a 505hp car
